Grow faster than anybody
This marks my 11 year after coming back from the United States, and 8 years being as an CEO. Over these years, I have experienced many things and encountered various challenges. The environment has changed significantly, and so has the team. Some members have become executives within a few years of joining, and many senior members have been replaced. But I believe I am the one who has grown the most during this time as CEO. If I had known from the beginning, I would have avoided unnecessary expenses and focused on defensive management. However, now my approach is aggressive. Even if it means spending money, I aim for greater rewards. I have gradually learned to discern when to be conservative and when to be aggressive. I have also started setting ambitious goals aimed at significant breakthroughs, rather than just incremental improvements. These are things I could not have done in the past.
